How do I make sure no contact slips through the cracks without a follow-up?

Give every contact an open task, so you always know the next best action for each person. Votel can highlight the ones that need attention:

1. In Conversations, right click the view and choose Edit view.
2. Turn on Display highlight contacts with no open task. A contact with no open task is highlighted orange, so you know work needs to be done.
3. Turn on Require no overdue task. A contact with an overdue task can be shown in red, so you know to work on that one first.
